Join us for an à la carte tasting menu featuring Alpine Valley Mushrooms, Earth Apple Nursery & Farm, Cho Ku Rei Ranch, Rio Grande Growers Cooperative, and Four Wing Farm.
The tasting menu includes Asiago and caramelized onion squares, roasted squash focaccia, crispy potato cake with smoked salmon, and polenta with braised yak—each with a wine pairing. The entrée is yak osso buco with mashed potatoes and savory vegetables, with a suggested wine pairing available. Finish with a peach tartlet and local chamomile tea.
